Hello, I was hesitant to get the waist trainer because the size and fitting reviews were mixed but I decided to try it in my normal size and weight and it fit like a glove! At first I used the last row of clasps but realized I could not keep it on too long on that setting so I made the adjustment to the middle clasp and did a workout with the belt and it was completely manageable.I was shocked at how defined my figure became once I used the velcro belt over the waist corset trainer. Transformation anyone!?!Although I’m not sure I could get used to it for an entire day, it does EXACTLY what it’s supposed to do- It completely gives you that tiny hourglass waist thereby accentuating the butt and boobs even more! I could not believe how my body automatically transformed just by putting this on in one second! I was really doubtful but it did just that.One think I wish, is that the velcro belt part could somehow detach form the waist trainer for increased versatility but it still is awesome and I will use it at the gym as is and when I’m around the house and running errands.I plan on continuing to shop with this brand!
