I LOVE this waist trainer. It is longer than others I've had before, therefore it does cover the area of the body's midsection in its picture. It's zipper is also easy to close, and the belt can be very tight on the waist, the way I like it, or it can be looser, if that's what is wanted. In my opinion, it's a very good product at a very good price. I recommend it to any woman who wants to shape and slim her waist and her torso.

It’s not made with a thick material. It really snatches the waistline frfr. I don’t have a big stomach but my stomach is definitely not flat. I mean. this really. really gives you an hourglass shape. I am lacking a really nice one now, this is amazing to make those evening where you want to look absolutely hour glass, be you look absolutely hour glass. I ADVISE wear it a bit and get used to it before slapping it on. Pretty happy with the fast shipping and easy packaging. I was able to assemble, put on so easily. I followed the size chart and I believe it fits me well. My small waist train has gotten too big to I ordered this one to replace it. I ordered an extra small. On day one I could barely get it on, I had to have assistance. I have had this trainer a week and have lost 3 inches and can now put it on all by myself. My last waist trainer, I had for a year and it did not provide the support this one does, nor was it made as well as this one. This is my new favorite waist trainer. and it was at an amazing price.

Its alright for working out. Its comfortable, you can make it however tight you want. However the one band strap just isnt enough. If you want to be tight you will most likely be popping out where the band ends. I wear it under my normal latex trainer to flatten the stomach. Next time i'll try a two strap one for sure. I love this waist trainer! It helped with my back pain and I'm able to move around and not feel too constricted. I can't wait to wear it to the gym. It's a little long so it goes right under the breast but you can move the wires to the outside of the sports bra. It's a great waist trainer for the price. I thought it was going to be cheap material but the velcro is very strong. I got a small and it fit perfect. I'm 5'6 and 130 pounds. I think an extra small would have been uncomfortable.

I am a size 16 in jeans and I have a small waist. I bought a 2xx, I should have bought a 1x I could have used it longer. Right now I wear it on the 2nd clip (middle). The tightest is on the 3rd clip (last one) however I can not sit down. LOL. I love the zipper and fasten cincher. Great fit. I'm sure it will do the job to help create my waist again.

This trainer has some inherent design flaws unless you already have a waist. For one, I don’t understand the point of the eyelets because this trainer won’t zip unless you can secure the last eyelets . so why have them? You can’t close the velcro extensions unless the trainer is completely zipped because the extensions aren’t long enough even though they’re stretchable. Even with this corset zipped, the extensions are barely long enough to stretch and connect in front, and I can easily zip this
