I love this waist trainer! It helped with my back pain and I'm able to move around and not feel too constricted. I can't wait to wear it to the gym. It's a little long so it goes right under the breast but you can move the wires to the outside of the sports bra. It's a great waist trainer for the price. I thought it was going to be cheap material but the velcro is very strong. I got a small and it fit perfect. I'm 5'6 and 130 pounds. I think an extra small would have been uncomfortable.
