The Gotoly Women Waist Trainer helps in slimming the body by targeting making you sweat more in that targeted area, thus targeting belly fat. Most importantly it is SUPER comfortable. I love that it is secured with its clasps, zipper and a velcro to keep everything in tact. I use it to workout and I have to say it helps in regards to keeping the core tight as well as back support. Would def. recommend !
