My over all rating was only a 4 because the waist trainer was too large and I look forward to rating it again when I get the right size. I am 5'5", weight 200 lbs and my waist is 40". I thought I needed an XX-Large, however after trying it on, I should have ordered an X-Large. I know that when I get the right size, I will rate it a 5 because the XX-Large felt really good but it was just too large. Therefore I returned the XX-Large and ordered X-Large. I am anxious to receive my X-Large because when I tried on the XX-Large I could tell that the waist trainer will provide me the support , comfort and pain relief that I so need. The waist trainer appears to be well made, the fabric was soft and did not scratch my sensitive skin. I look forward to getting my school girl figure back. Thanks Gotoly.
