I like how easy it is to use in my daily operations as well has having an amazing customer service department! They are always willing to help you when needed but also understand our needs better than anyone else out there!! The only thing i dislike about them so far would be their pricing system which can get expensive depending upon what type of package or plan your looking at getting from them (which they have many).

We solved problems such as reducing staff shortages during peak times while increasing productivity by helping employees work smarter not harder.
