I liked that it had an instant notification system for when someone left me messages or added new content to their calendar - no need to go looking through emails every day, which is what i normally do now since switching back from google one-on-one meetings were great because of how easy they are to use with Google Meetings (which was free). The ability to leave comments/questions in my own notes section wasn't there if anyone else could see them though so sometimes you wouldn't know who's replies went where even after asking them directly about your issues. The notifications weren't always immediate either as well which led to confusion at times but this may be due to other factors like network quality too.- scheduling meeting invites- being able to send reminders out to attendees via email instead of having everyone check calendars regularly - more convenient for all involved.-.
