Review on Wasserstein WiFi Water Leak Sensor: Smart Home Protection Against Water Damages - 2-Pack, White by Ken Cudal

First of all, the price is quite cheap. I bought this item to keep in my basement next to the drain pumps in case of a breakdown. I was quite skeptical after reading a lot of bad reviews, but I'm pleasantly surprised. Contrary to some reviews, I had no problems setting up the WiFi. Or rather or not, the software for the app has changed since other reviews, I can't tell, but contrary to the reviews I've read, it also has an audible alarm on your phone. I tested the sensors multiple times by putting a few drops of water directly on the sensor, pouring half a glass out of it and letting the water run underneath. They worked perfectly. I would give 5 stars if there were few mounting options. Mine are in a basement with log walls and I think I could install them by drilling through the block with the hardware provided, but a good quality 3M velcro with adhesive on the back would be better in most situations. I like that you mount a stand that holds the base of the device, easy maintenance. Great product for the price and has worked very well so far.
