I have used Cottonelle toilet paper sporadically for years and love it so I really thought I would love these towels. Not me. Although they are very large, I don't need extra large towels and only bought them because the H prep towels I've used for years were never available. I'm not sure what these cloths are impregnated with. , but it's not witch hazel or aloe like many other brands, which is what I really wanted. It doesn't bother me at all; I just don't find them as soothing and cleansing as other wipes I've used, especially Prep H. And they don't saturate as well as other wipes. Don't get me wrong, they aren't dry, but they need to be wetter to really be clean. (They come with a lid that you can close to keep them from drying out.) The wipes are soft and not irritating, at least for me. And they don't smell, which is fine, although a fresh, clean scent would be great. I will continue to look for the H drug because it is second to none for me and if I can't find it I will use the generic brand Walgreen. Thinner than Formulation H but definitely biodegradable, aloe-enriched and non-cracking.
