So far so good, they provide enough cushioning to keep the bus from damaging my driveway but can test them out on a variety of surfaces. My friends have them on their bus and swear by them. I noticed that with these jack stands attached, you don't have to extend that far before they hit the ground. On my particular bus, the front fenders latch in the raised position, but overall I'm very happy with this purchase. I'm sure they're easier to install with a spotter, but you can install them yourself with a little patience. Installation is easy but definitely takes longer than 3-6 minutes per pad as the instructions say. The dish soap was like a lube, it just clicked into place. Didn't hear the infamous "click" but they sat up and locked into place. Good addition.
