DEVICE ERRORS

I have been using this device for several years and change the batteries when they are low. I just got a battery alert that has HUNDREDS of important passwords stored in it. I replaced the batteries and now it says "No data". What should I do? If somehow the manufacturer gets my details back I will let you know but I would STAY AWAY from this product. My kids have one too and I will ask them to replace their device immediately and throw away theirs. $120 wasted money on three devices plus the cases I bought to protect them all. What a waste. AVOID THIS PRODUCT!
