We liked almost everything about this band. Especially the lower price. We didn't expect it to be this good, but having used it on wood stair carpet strips we knew we didn't need the best in the line. We ended up needing another roll to complete the 12 tiered strips plus 1 large landing area. If you use it a little more conservatively you could do it with 1 roll, but it's hard to say if it works as well as it can. We made two strips on the long ends and two smaller strips on the sides for each strip of step rug. 4 long strips with small square pieces in the middle standing on a large carpet strip of the landing area. Works great with no hub or gaps. Peeling off the part after application is a little tricky, but you can handle it. Like I said, for the price you can't expect perfection, but honestly it was very close. Will definitely buy again!
