The ONLY reason it didn't get 5 stars is because the zippered pockets on the belt are too small so there's nowhere to put my phone. I could barely fit anything in it other than small snacks. I just had to put the phone in my shorts pocket, which I didn't really like. It would be nice if you could remove the fanny packs so I could strap something else in there, but they're not that easy to remove. It would be great to have a modular system to replace different types of bags/phone holders etc. a problem for other people, but maybe my arm just doesn't bend back as much. It's a damn good pack though, very comfortable, loaded with 65lbs of gear and very easily adjustable so I can regularly shift the weight on and off my hips to give different muscles a break when needed. Liked the organization of the pack, easy to find what you were looking for without much hassle. For the most part, I was just really happy with the comfort, despite the weight I was putting on it. And it was greatly appreciated during the wet and muddy brutal west coast hike where we are constantly climbing trees, roots etc, going up and down ladders, wading through mud etc.
