I bought this product to go under my A-line wedding dress. The dress is satin and lace and thus the material is not super heavy. I measured myself before purchasing.Pros: Item was in good condition and arrived early. It did not smell.Cons:The petticoat had a FAR tighter waistband than advertised. I had to force it up above my natural waist and could not even tie the string. Worse, though, was the fact that it offered no visible body underneath the skirt of my wedding dress. Utterly useless. If you were wearing a very light material, like silk or taffeta, it might add a little body. Anything else will just smother the petticoat.
