Review on Dini by Marco Gavi

The ease of use, how intuitive it makes using our POS system easy when you are just starting out with this type or software but can be very difficult to learn if your not familiar at all! I wish there was more training available as well because i feel like that's where we could have gotten an "aha" moment quicker than what happened during my first go throughtts process learning about dinni!! Also having access 24/7 would make things easier especially since some customers prefer being able so order via phone over app which takes time away form their food service experience (that they pay us money too). We did notice faster turn around times though once everything had been set up correctly by one person after another who were newbies themselves compared t oour previous point-of sale solution provider - no idea why other then maybe its simply due lack knowledge transfer between two separate companies?
