I really wanted this chair to be liked. Received this as a replacement for an exercise ball that I sat on after being rushed to work from home. It came together fairly easily and assembled fairly well - no problems at all. I think this chair will last you a while if it suits you. But that's the problem. Obviously this chair was not built with ergonomics in mind. The seat depth is not adjustable and is so deep that you have to be very tall (at waist level) to sit comfortably on your back. And at the same time, the lowest point of the armrests is where my shoulders are still pulled together. There's only one explanation - this chair was designed for a Tyrannosaurus Rex with big legs and small arms. Spend the extra cash on a chair that is actually ergonomically designed, as your needs will be different than others. I chose Steelcase Leap, it was a huge improvement.
