Weatherproof connectors were needed for an outdoor project and they are perfect for the job. As a retired automotive electrician, I know these connectors are great for weather protection. So I ordered them, thinking they might be marginal copies of the originals. I made a mistake there. They are exactly the same ones that have been used in the automotive sector for years. They are perfect for the task at hand. However, not everything was good. While the details are perfect, the packaging requires a lot of work. They arrived in a padded paper envelope with small parts presumably packaged in a small ziplock bag. Unfortunately they weren't in that package and when opened there were 60 very small pieces scattered everywhere. They left the bag unsealed and what a time we all packed. So I didn't find everything. They come with 5 plastic connector covers with silicone seals on each end, 15 male connectors for wiring and 15 female connectors for wiring. Also included are 30 silicone gaskets for weather protection. Although we had a major mishap where contents spilled everywhere, these parts are top notch and will easily fill the need for sealed, weatherproof connectors.
