The benefits: Purchased during a deal, alongside a steam iron. A handy and low-cost appliance, I use it every morning to froth milk for my coffee, and the resulting foam is delicious and easy to clean. Nothing has gone wrong in over a year. The layout is fantastic, in my opinion. I thought filling the tank would be difficult due of the water supply line, but I just had to move it a little, pour in the water, and then put it back where it belonged. The red plastic pallet indicator made it impossible to clean, so I promptly removed it. If you pour a lot of water into the horn, to the point where the water is almost beneath the horn's edge, the water will force its way out of the horn and out of the horn's edges, onto the table, and so on. Because of this, I used a percentage that is little more than half.
