It doesn't work: Rough installation

I can't get the claw out of the big part of the flexible shaft below. Not at all. He's stuck where he is and not going anywhere. Most of the bottom of the bar should be tight and not twisted so the claw won't catch on it and won't come out. I can't use it like this so I'll either return it or throw it away as it was cheap. We apologize for the bad rating, but we would like to inform you about it.
