I didn't purchase this because I saw it's a 3/8" hose so I can't speak for it's quality or use. Be aware that standard US garden hoses are 5/8" diameter. This means that the maximum water flow of this hose will be substantially lower than a standard garden hose. At typical home water pressure, a 5/8" garden hose will have 12-14 Gallons Per Minute flow. This 3/8" hose will only have 2.6-3.4 Gallons Per Minute flow due to the hose's narrow diameter. You may want to consider that before purchasing.
