Excellent tool for managing your C Of Is
COI RiskManager makes it easy to track and manage all of our conflicts of interest. The software is easy to use and the customer service is fantastic. There are a few minor features that could be improved, but overall, this is a GREAT product. We have been able to address our conflicts of interest in a much more efficient manner. We have not found any issues in the product. I highly recommend this product to anyone who needs to address their conflicts of interest. We are able to quickly identify areas that need to be addressed and ensure that all of our reports are up to date and accurate.
Pros
- Easy access for employees with ability log time spent working directly from dashboard! Great reporting capabilities!! Efficient conflict management process using risk assessments vs manual searches or reviews saves hours upon hourse!!!
Cons
- Does NOT automatically populate new employee names into system
- No way currently available (in current version)to see which departments/divisions do business wth
