Bought two scales and both had some issues and I am returning them. First, one had completely dead batteries, and the other gave a "Lo" (battery low) error. Yes, I took them out and put them back in and wiggled them. Nothing happened until I put in some Energizer batteries that I already had. The "up" button on a scale just didn't work, so there was no profile setting unless you wanted to use the "down" button until you reached the bottom of the scale, and then off start in front. On the other hand, all the buttons worked but I kept getting the error even though I set up the profile according to the brochure instructions. He seemed to weigh himself accurately, but neither of them showed any other numbers. I was really looking forward to using them, so I'm very disappointed that the manufacturer didn't provide enough quality controls to give even a 50/50 chance of a working device.
