Used this dress for Christmas photos. We have a tall and thin toddler and a size 3 fits great. I definitely need leggings underneath because they're short, but that's what I planned from the start. It's soft and stretchy, and the length of the sleeve matches the length of your arm. She will be wearing it to special occasions/parties this holiday season and all winter long. Elegant but not shiny or full of tulle, which is not the case with occasion dresses.
