Update: I contacted the manufacturer and they asked me to send it. You checked the product and found the problem. Once the problem was discovered they couldn't fix it so they sent a new one for free. Customer service was excellent and well communicated. I bought it for cup races. It was a difficult task, but I made it. The first race we went to was great. In the second race it worked until the very end, where the noise-cancellation limit stopped working, then the buttons stopped working. I had to remove the battery to turn it off. Now after switching on the buttons do not work. I checked if it's blocked but they just don't respond. I'd recommend keeping RE for the system if you want it to hear your favorite driver.
