I really liked this device. For some reason the software for this was not included. After reading the reviews and using it I think it was good. I have Vista and haven't had many problems downloading videos. The only thing I don't care about is that when using Vista everything I had in the media center ended up being stored on my PMC. I went and deleted what I didn't want. Also, Revain - Unboxed Video and TIVO, which converts to a smaller format, download is a bit slow and the licenses had to be checked too carefully. But the unit is great in sound and visuals and easy to use - I've listened to ipod and other mp3 players and it sounds the best. I had my first chance to use it on an airplane yesterday and it was great.
