After three weeks of use, the gamepad began to malfunction, first with the L2 key and later the entire controller. I did not pay attention to this when I was buying, so either the sticker slipped off or there was no sticker with a serial number on the back of the controller. The repair center refused to honor the warranty since there was no sticker with a serial number on the back of the controller. In general, my previous positive impression toward the corporation has been tarnished, and this applies equally to Sony and Amazon. Take precautions, double-check the serial number, and put the item back on the shelf if it doesn't have one.
