The ease of use, ability to keep track for training programs without having any other software or devices attached makes this system easy! I have been able to train more effectively than ever before with my personal trainer using strengthportals website along side an ipad app that allows me access from anywhere in world including home gym at no cost as well!! There is nothing i dislike about this product it has made life so much easier when working out especially now since we live such busy lives where time can be limited but not anymore thanks to strengths portal.
