This is the third Asus board I have bought in 6 months. The first board, gaming b450-1, excellent board and quality. I bought another B450-i and found that the screw on the m.2 heatsink was broken. This has created an unacceptable situation that I am currently working to resolve. Part of my decision was to buy a different board. Got the best of the best, enter Crosshair VIII Impact. It's just a beautiful beast on the board, and it even comes with a separate SO-DIMM. Six screws to access the m.2 slots but only 5 came out. ASUS, at this point I have to wonder what's going on with these m.2 heatsinks. Why the hell are they bolted on so tight. I read a lot of reviews about it, fix the process! Roughly $500 board with no quality control!?!? Just leave the heatsink completely removed if you find screwing difficult.
