Review on Brightwave by Chris Hazzard

Brightwave is one of the top providers of email marketing applications. The customer service is exceptional and they are very knowledgeable and eager to help! They really understand what you are looking for and provide a wide range of applications that cover almost anything you would need. I have not found anything that I do not like about Brightwave. I would highly recommend this software to anyone interested in email marketing. Email marketing has been a key tool for our company and Brightwave has been able to provide us with the tools we need to effectively market to our customers. I like how easy it was to use for my customer service department. It's very user friendly and allows you to have multiple people in different departments working together at once. I dislike that sometimes when I'm trying to make changes or add new information, it doesn't always go through as fast as I would like. Brightwave has been great for our customer service team. They are able to work with us and adapt to our needs.
