Review on Gold Hot GH2150 Professional Ceramic by Lynn Woodcock

I have bought 4 or 5 of these curlers in the last 3-4 years. This is the best ceramic curling iron I've found for the price (I've never spent more than $50). However, I believe that with this latest purchase (11/2007) the iron does not get as hot as it used to. It may not matter much to most, but my hair is naturally coarse and wavy, so heat is essential for styling. it is smooth and soft. Note that hot irons like these last a year at most (I use mine maybe 4-5 days a week). Gold peels off under the clamp after a while. Better than any pottery I've bought at the pharmacy.
