I have severe kidney disease accompanied by unusual itching of the skin all over my body. I'm constantly trying to get rid of this itch. Like most people I have problems with back scratching and I thought this product would definitely help. I tried the black head that came attached and it's great. It doesn't scratch so badly that my skin bleeds, which is remarkable, but that's about it. The telescopic arm does not stay in one position. If you try to move the scraper, the telescopic arm will grow or shrink, but the head will stay in place and touch your skin. This problem occurs with every head they offer you.
