Great product & Customer Service: Staples Managed Print Services

It is very easy to use! I have never needed someone's help with it or had any problems, but if there was something wrong we would be able find out about quickly through their customer support team who are so helpful! The only downside of this service for me has been they don't seem too keen at helping you get new printers in as long sometimes take up-to 3 months which can cause frustration because when using them my jobs always turn into waiting around times (which doesn’t make sense). When our previous printer broke down again just recently after 8 years without issue then suddenly stopped working completely - even though its still under warranty!! This meant we couldn't continue printing invoices etc until i contacted staples manged services whom were amazing throughout everything and got us back online within 2 hours no questions asked which made an already Easy to use both front end and back end. The support team is always available to help. I have been using this for over 10 years now and it has never failed me. There are some things you can do with it that are not easy, but if you know how to navigate around the system, there is no problem. I wish they would add more features, like scanning, but overall it's great. We have saved so much time by doing our own printing instead of constantly having to call in for new supplies or reprinting documents.
