Review on Denso SK20R11 Iridium Spark Plug by Justin Coatsworth

I bought these to replace the factory spark plugs on my 2005 Camry 2.4L I4. I've driven about 58,000 miles but the original spark plugs will soon be 11 years old. Considering the price, I decided to just replace them. I haven't noticed any particular problems apart from a slight vibration when idling with the air conditioning switched on, but I think that's quite normal. I didn't want to leave the originals for more than 15 years and not be able to pull them out even though Toyota says they're good for 100,000 miles. Steps for Toyota 2.4L: Remove the plastic cover from the top of the engine (if any) - Remove the coil pack covers - Remove the old spark plugs (I used NGK) - Install new spark plugs - Install the coil pack covers - Install the plastic cover back It was my first spark plug change and it was very easy! As my car gets older I'm learning how to do different things on it like brakes and everything else. I changed my PCV + PCV hose along with the spark plugs and the car feels better. Fuel consumption is the same, sucks in the city, but I drive "happily" - idle is smooth, engine is quiet. I decided against installing anti-seize, I read on the Internet that there is already some kind of coating on the candles, and that both Denso and NGK also do not recommend using anti-seize agents. This is due to the change in torque values. If those spark plugs last another ten years I'll probably get rid of the car before I ever have to change it again. In general I am very satisfied. I think the price is fair for iridium tipped spark plugs that last 100,000 miles. My factory spark plugs still looked very good after 58,000 miles / 11 years so I have no doubt they will last a while too.
