Well at first I thought wow what a great product quiet operation and then i bought a second one and found the motor was noisy on the first one and then i went through three sets of filters from december to february well that wasn't a common problem now i have two of them a button although i know what I'm doing and I know how to handle them and I know how to make sure they're installed properly, the bottom tank is gravity fed and apparently the tanks do something that every time I check, leaks and seeps through my carpet onto the floor. wood under my bedroom floor and ruined my wood floor what product is made to allow gravity to flow to the floor why isn't this reservoir deep enough to hold water and never overflow? In the cons, the floor died and damaged it. It's obviously not friendly, luckily I don't have any animals to beat it because it just folds unsteadily and literally oozes water ruining my floor. When I first received and saw recipes for it, I thought All people damage the tank or did something wrong, well, that's not the point, apparently in the design of it, apparently not for long, and although it is so energy - economical and as quiet as good it is when it hits your floor and wreaks havoc on your whole house
