I am making breakfast sandwiches for my boyfriend to take to work and I was looking for an easier way to make them. I used to beat and bake eggs and then cut them into squares to microwave later, but I wanted them to be as similar to a fresh egg as possible. It's absolutely perfect for that. I spray it with cooking spray, crack 2 whole eggs into each pan, crack the yolks, add the spices and bake until set. My friend likes that he gets something like scrambled eggs with a specific yolk, and I get something that's easy to make over the weekend for the week ahead. Cleaning is easy. Just make sure all the pieces of the egg are gone and throw it in the dishwasher. You have to be careful to put it on the pan to move it anywhere because it's not strong enough to stay flat when you move it, but I would recommend it to anyone for this price point.
