It doesn't work in my car

One of the hard drives sticks out a lot, when you try to connect it to the USB port it falls out. It was also mentioned that it works in the car radio and doesn't work in my car. I've used Sandisk 2.0/3.0 from 8GB to 64GB with no problems. I ordered them for the price of two but am returning them to Sandisk.
