It was delivered to me from the warehouse, and I took delivery of it. Because it was a gift, I was very concerned that the DPD transport company would be unable to deliver it on time when the letter arrived stating that it would be delivered by them. I had read negative reviews about the company on the internet.
Everything was delivered on time and in pristine shape, as well as according to the schedule. A letter arrived at the post office during the day containing the courier's contact information; the next day, he called and informed me of the expected arrival time, and by the evening, I had the phone in my possession.

Pros

Purchased as a present for my mother. The phone isn't terrible, and it contains everything you need. She previously owned an older Samsung, but she finds that this model is much more to her liking.

Cons

The screen began to behave abnormally shortly after the protective glass was affixed to it. Perhaps it's just the glass. Let's give a different one a shot later on.
