In order to register your charger for the warranty (which I have to do as it doesn't work) they force you to do a check. Good. At first I thought it was broken because my phone wasn't charging, iPhone 12 pro. But then I read that iPhone 12 users had charging issues and quickly fixed them. Solution: Take your phone out of the case, quickly press the volume up button, press the volume down button, and then press and hold the side button until the phone turns off. This fixed my phone in the charger. Now I understand that I don't need a new charger, but I think I'll leave it! What I like about the charger is that the charge indicator goes off and it's dark while charging. No bright light at night to keep you awake! Otherwise it works as promised.
