Perfect size for an egg!
Just used my little egg pan for the first time and it is absolutely perfect! I used a large egg with a drop of milk. Scrambled eggs and then cooked like scrambled eggs. I ended up with a perfectly toasted scrambled egg that's perfect for an English muffin. I didn't have to use oil or pan spray, but I might use a drop of oil in the future. I'm glad I have a baby burner on my stove so I don't have to sit on the pan over the flame. I'm so glad I found this pan!
