Bone broth protein is my favorite protein and I never bother optimizing my proteins. I mix chocolate and vanilla with almond, coconut or cashew milk. I don't have the bloat that I get from dairy-based proteins and I get collagen that repairs the gut. I also have Pure which I mix with a cup of broth. I've never tried it with nutmeg, so I can't confirm the taste. I wish they were lower in sugar/carbs, but that's probably why they taste so good, alas. I really like Left Coast products. I have liquid MCT oil (I want to buy their powder but the carbs are too high for MCT powder so I'm going elsewhere), 3 bone broths and I think 1 or 2 other Left Coast products. I can't think spontaneously. They're reasonably priced, always have discounts/sales and often have the best taste/quality of many products I've used.
