I see the manufacturer gives it a one year warranty. How do I get a new mop that is hopefully better than the one I had? Update date Changes to two stars. The mop handle broke today. I paid for it because I thought it would last the rest of my life. I'm 81 so I wasn't messing with it, I just collapsed to clean the kitchen floor. Very disappointed. If you look up a skiptic in the dictionary, you should see my photo. I bought this against common sense and was pleasantly surprised. I thought glorified Swiffer. A lot of thought has gone into this thing and it works great. We just pulled out the carpet and put the floorboards in, so the cleaning was more than just vacuuming. I tried the faster one we had but it was small and just didn't work. After seeing this at Revain and reading the reviews I decided to give it a try. Easy to use with just the right amount of water and it cleans itself well. Now if I could just get someone else to do the job that would be really awesome. I was amazed at how easy it was to get used to. Getting the right amount of moisture on the pad was easy, the more you run the pad on the dry side of the bucket the drier it gets and its moisture level is the same every time. Much better than mops, faster and easier.
