Review on Filter Adapter Universal Micron Inline by Michael Welborn

Incorrect dimensions in the description. The filter element has a diameter of 29 mm plus/minus half a millimeter. Case size 44mm. I thought the filter could be replaced with a 12304 type air filter. No because the description is wrong. The air motor filter has a diameter of approx. 40 mm and a length of 75 mm. Air motor housing 50mm. I also don't think the 40 micron filter is because light passes through much more easily than my 100 micron stainless steel air motor filter. There is no fuel economy mark on this filter, so be sure to install it correctly. You want the outside of the filter to catch debris, not the inside, so the flat side of the element faces the fuel source. This is a well made filter but I was looking for one that would match the aero element.
