I've been in need of a full set of metric sockets for a long time. This is a nice set of 13 very common sizes. They use a 3/8" drive and aren't particularly deep. They have a black phosphate anti-corrosion coating. However, they are supplied with a light coating of motor oil, presumably to prevent corrosion during transport. thin to serve as permanent storage. So you need another way to store and organize them. Size markings appear to be painted on rather than stamped or embossed. So I'm pretty sure they will wear out over time. The sockets worked fine for me. I had a specific application that required a 17mm jack. I used it on a battery burst, so not a real stress test. But it's held up well, the screws clamped securely without any. The bushings appear to be well made of a good quality material. They feel heavy and durable compared to some of the cheaper sockets I own. I expect they will last a long time with moderate use. The price is very attractive for 13 outlets. So definitely good value for money.
