Bought for home and work after my colleague recommended an older version. Ordered and received in excellent condition. I live with metal accents that add solidity and strength to the structure. It does not shift or move during use. I also like the magnetic base that allows you to adjust the angle or position of your hand. The trackball is smooth and easy to remove for cleaning. I charged it as soon as I got it and haven't had to charge it since and have been using it every day for about two months now, working from home and at home on weekends. The software is very easy to install. I like the buttons that allow you to switch between devices, it's simple, easy and works without any issues. I really wish Logitech would label the USB receiver because if you have more than one Logitech device, you won't be able to tell them apart. I also like the precise button that allows you to slow down the speed of your mouse, I use it frequently for screenshots and highlights, and it has recently proved very handy for digital signatures for signing electronic documents. My only downside relates to the FLOW software. I have a work laptop and a home computer with two 32 inch monitors. Since most of my tools are web-based, I use my laptop strictly as a third monitor to monitor Teams and respond to chats without disrupting my multi-tab workflow on my other monitors. Flow software allows your mouse to "move" seamlessly between two screens by holding CTRL, or you can set it to detect when the mouse is moved to the edge of the screen. The problem is that every time you need to move your mouse to interact with things on the other computer, there is a slight 4-6 second delay. It's annoying, and not only that the FLOW configuration was disabled several times and I had to reset the whole thing before it worked again. I started looking for alternatives and found a great KVM software from Stardock called Multiplicity that solves the problem and allows me to switch from screen to screen seamlessly with no lag or CTRL hold. This mouse has officially become my primary favorite pointing device. I no longer feel that slight pain in my wrists that I used to feel. Karpel tunnel ahead, I'm sure. Do yourself a favor and switch to this pup NOW if you're at the computer all day.
