garbage, I'll tell you why.

This is rubbish and I'll tell you why. The fourth time we used it, we tried to leave the campsite, the key went halfway in and got stuck. We fiddled around for almost an hour and a half trying to insert the key. Called the company to find a solution and was told to get a drill and a drill where the key goes in. In less than 1 minute and 30 seconds we opened it. That's all it took to pick this lock, and we were open to theft from anywhere in the world. The wheel lock broke and fell off. Contacted the seller to use the search warrant and four days later they told us to send the lock back to them at a price which for us was more than the lock had cost them. Who keeps a drilled lock only to never use it again after drilling? Well we don't, and now we have a problem with the guarantee: no blocking, no guarantee of use. When we called the main company they said NOTHING about keeping the broken paddle lock or making a warranty claim. They told us to take photos which we did without any reason! I repeat, the main company told us to drill the lock, take a picture and then contact the place where we bought this lock. All of this we did to know that long after we had left the ruined castle in the rubbish of the campsite we had just left four days ago, we were handing it over to the Company had to send Castle back so they could look at it and see if it was covered under warranty. You decide whether you want to buy this junk or not, I will never do business with you again.
