Trailer with coupling lock stolen, just found. Installed with no problems and good luck to the thief trying to steal a new one!

The nut fell off and the locking mechanism did not work. What a pain to unlock this device. Only used 6 times. Someone you can call to fix the problem.

Good product BUT due to mishandling and packaging, two of the three units supplied were damaged preventing them from working properly. They had to be repaired.

Well made, durable, easy to fit and remove, have used it every day in snow and cold weather for the last 2 weeks so far impressed, so ok, will update if i run into any problems in the future

Not sure if others say it's cheap but I bought the 400 and it's quite strong. Not sure if I need a 400 but I would buy a smaller one for other wheels if I need it. The included lock needs some WD40 to work smoothly but I am very happy with this product.

Every lock can be picked and this one is no exception. The idea is to not make it that easy, hoping the scumbags will think it's too much work to even try. I had a problem with the locking mechanism and it took me a good 20 minutes, an electric grinder and a lot of noise to get the wheel free. I'm still under warranty so I contacted Trimax and they sent a replacement straight away. Let's see how it holds up.

A thief broke into our yard with bolt cutters, cut the head lock and stole one of our trailers. Someone recommended removing a wheel on each trailer to prevent future theft. Seems uncomfortable. These wheel locks are more convenient and not as easy to cut with bolt cutters or knock out with a hammer. They are durable and work as intended. I can't compare it to cheaper options as I haven't tried it. Much luck!

This is rubbish and I'll tell you why. The fourth time we used it, we tried to leave the campsite, the key went halfway in and got stuck. We fiddled around for almost an hour and a half trying to insert the key. Called the company to find a solution and was told to get a drill and a drill where the key goes in. In less than 1 minute and 30 seconds we opened it. That's all it took to pick this lock, and we were open to theft from anywhere in the world. The wheel lock broke and fell off…
