Works great as part of an overall system to avoid using chemical fabric softeners
They work great with Maple Hill Wool Dryer Balls. There is no need to use harmful fabric softeners. Simply replace the white vinegar with fabric softener in the wash cycle (yes, use the same dispenser), then use two of these towels along with 4 dryer balls and you won't have to worry about soft clothes or static (I live in Florida, where a lot humidity is present and static electricity is not a major problem anyway).
