I wasn't quite sure when I saw her online. I was expecting something cheap and just as cheap in the hand. I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the box and unpacked the contents. Everything was well packed, nothing was wrinkled or wrinkled. The headlights have a solid metal body and a very solid construction. However, I would not recommend using a cardboard template. You installed the first one without using it and everything went fine. Using a template, the holes were slightly offset and had to be drilled out a bit more to get the screw through the hole. Simply insert the lantern into the cutout you created, then mark and drill the mounting holes - perfect fit. I can't wait to see the difference between these things. As you can see from the photo, the package includes screws, nuts and washers. It also includes a hex key for tightening the screws. I could barely tell when my factory backup lights came on. After installing these lights, I can see clearly when I'm reversing. Now I get excellent coverage at least 50 feet behind my truck; more than enough for a safe, worry-free backup. I hope they last a long time but if I had to decide which set to buy I would go with these. While I was installing them a neighbor came up and said they looked great on the truck and they didn't look aftermarket or out of place at all. Overall, I'd say installation is fairly easy and requires minimal "mechanical" knowledge. Tools Required: 4 1/2" grinder to cut through the bumper, needle vise, marker, drill with mallet. On a scale of 1 (easy) to 10 (difficult), I would rate the installation process a 2. Lastly, the picture shows Look at the headlights. You can see the factory backup lights under the tail lights. Huge difference.***** *UPDATE**** **About a week after installing the headlights, I noticed that one headlight was not working.I haven't yet Figured out what the problem is I thought it was a short but that doesn't seem to be a problem When I tap on the back of the light it comes on (when it should be on) Now I think it's defective .
