Bought to relieve pain from plantar fasciitis
I really like it when you can get a deep foot arch massage with this massage roller. It has three settings and is pretty powerful. Charges easily, but discharges quickly. I can only use about 15-20 minutes before it needs to be recharged. Definitely helped me with foot pain from plantar fasciitis.
