Well I have had several ION players over the years and have been happy with them. But this one worked fine for the first 2 months! And then a buzzing/grating noise developed. I contacted ION via email and explained the situation. I thought that it will be replaced with a new one in the near future. But it turned out that I had to put the player twice in the original box (which I no longer had) and pay for shipping. And maybe I would get a replacement in 2-6 weeks. Since I only paid $63 for it, I didn't think it was worth the time or effort. So I wrote them another email explaining how disappointed I was but I never heard a word from them. I would not recommend buying this or any other ION product. Your customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Buyer Warning.
